Teens in grades 7-12 will discuss the “life-changing” book “Thirteen Reasons Why” this month at the Independence Public Library. It is the story of a young high school student as she descends into despair brought on by betrayal and bullying. The novel is a #1 New York Times and International Bestseller by author Jay Asher.
