Darrin Crow, a nationally-recognized storyteller, will present a program for all ages.

Darrin Crow, a nationally-recognized storyteller and troubadour, will present a program for all ages at the Independence Public Library beginning at 6:30 pm. “They Came as Enemies and Left as Friends: Stories of Prisoners of War in Iowa” is an original story written for, and will be performed by, Crow for the Independence Public Library’s One Book One Independence (OBOI) programming featuring themes from the 2018 book selection Stars Over Clear Lake by Loretta Ellsworth.

Crow is a popular storyteller in schools and libraries and at festivals around the Midwest.
